Shipping Rates
We ship using MyParcel, a trusted logistics partner. Our shipping rates are as follows:
- Netherlands: €4,95 (Free shipping for orders over €75)
- Germany: From €8,85 depending on package weight
- Other EU countries: Calculated at checkout

- Netherlands: 1–2 working days
- Germany & Belgium: 2–3 working day
- Rest of EU: 3–5 working days
- You’ll receive a Track & Trace email once your order is shipped, so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Packaging & Protection
Your order will be packed with care using sturdy boxes and filling materials to prevent damage. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
Returns
Not satisfied with your order? You have 14 days to return it. Here's how:

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll refund your payment.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Our Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom products (including special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (such as beauty items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items on sale or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As mentioned earlier, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
