Package Sizes & Limits
We follow MyParcel’s standard parcel guidelines:
• Max size: 100 × 70 × 58 cm
• Max weight: 23 kg
Larger or heavier shipments may incur a surcharge.
If applicable, this will be shown at checkout.
Packaging & Protection
Your order is packed using durable boxes and protective materials to prevent damage in transit.
If an item arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours so we can assist you.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 14 days.
